Well made game, very smooth gameplay, more styles of random citizens would be nice, it would be cool if there were buildings to snipe too instead of just streets. Also, some smarter AI would be better, its odd when the final target walks over two corpses without sweating a drop, and right into your crosshair.

Its also an awfully black and white game. Colors aside, it kinda just banishes criminals as bad and everyone else as good. The game also celebrates vigilante killing and distinguishing that from regular killing. I'm not sure belief and purpose ever justify violent means. It is precicly this black and white frame of mind that results in religious fanatical suicide bombers. Maybe if the game tackled some of these underlying questions, it would actually reach some depth.

"Severly Limited, Dull"

Limited strategy, boring tech tree of units, drags on waaaayy too long. Crimson warfare did a way better job in a much more concise fasion. put a little more effort into balancing the gameplay rather than lengthening it pointlessly. A little creativity here and there doesn't hurt

as for the pre-loader issue, people should stop voting bad just because of that, i mean the flash itself is on the author's website too, so watch it there instead where its fixed.
